Senator Serrano joined New York State Comptroller Tom DiNapoli as he hosted an episode of Represent NYC on the Manhattan News Network on the impact of COVID-19 on the arts and culture in New York. The discussion centered around how cultural groups can be served during this challenging time.
"The arts and culture sector makes New York one of the most dynamic places in the world, and will play a key role in our state's financial and emotional recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic," said Senator Serrano. "I was happy to join Comptroller DiNapoli to discuss how we can help these industries recover and thrive as we move forward from this pandemic."
