- Good Cause Eviction
On the State Court Striking Down “Good Cause Eviction”
This decision is good news for private property and free enterprise. So called “good cause eviction” laws strip already struggling small property owners and landlords of their rights and hurt countless responsible renters.
Similar laws across the state should be struck down as well.
