Senator Serrano Co-Hosts Back-to-School Event with Council Member Amanda Farías

Senator Serrano co-sponsored a back-to-school event along with New York City Council Member Amanda Farías. Children at the Lafayette Estates in Soundview were able to get backpacks and school supplies for the upcoming school year.
