Senator Serrano Co-Sponsors a Back-to-School Backpack Giveaway

Senator Serrano was happy to co-sponsor a back-to-school backpack and school supply giveaway at New York Restoration Project’s Target Bronx Community Garden. This event was a great opportunity for students to get ready for the upcoming first day of school with free supplies. Community members could also enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the Target Bronx Community Garden by participating in a free yoga class on site.
