Senator Serrano welcomes audience at Shakespeare in the Parks

The arts and culture are vitally important to the very fabric of our communities. On June 25th, Senator Serrano was happy to be in the beautiful St Mary’s Park in the South Bronx to give remarks prior to the Public Theater’s Free Shakespeare in the Parks bilingual theatrical performance of “The Comedy of Errors.”
