Senator David Valesky, along with Governor George E. Pataki and local elected officials, joined members of the Syracuse University and greater Syracuse communities in dedicating the site on which the headquarters campus of the Syracuse Center of Excellence in Environmental and Energy Systems (CoE) will be built.
