State Senator Adriano Espaillat, with Sens. Bill Perkins and Jose Serrano, and Assemblyman Robert Rodriguez called for an emergency meeting with NYC Housing Authority chairman, John Rhea in an open letter on February 10th.  The meeting is to address a spike in housing crime.
