Senator Gianaris' Efforts Lead to Nighttime Closure of Deadly Queensboro Lane

After yet another deadly crash on the Queensboro Bridge exit ramp, Senator Michael Gianaris demanded the city act quickly to make the area safer. His efforts produced results immediately, as the Department of Transportation closed the deadly off-ramp at night. 

Though Senator Gianaris hopes DOT will do more in the future to prevent crashes at this site, he was proud to have brought about change so quickly.
