Ortt Co-Sponsors Legislation Restricting Where Sex Offenders Can Live

A news release was sent out to the media regarding Senator Ortt’s support for legislation that would allow local governments to restrict where a convicted sex offender can live. It would prohibit level 2 and level 3 sex offenders from living within 1,500 feet of their victim, a school, or from attending school events.
