During an oath of office ceremony at City Hall on Jan. 1, Senator Ortt swore in North Tonawanda Common Council President Phillip “Russ” Rizzo and Mayor Art Pappas. The incumbents won in November’s election. Read more about the other local officials who were sworn in Friday.
