Ortt Gives NT Mayor Oath of Office
North Tonawanda Mayor Art Pappas is sworn into office
Senator Ortt conducted the oath of office ceremony for North Tonawanda Mayor Art Pappas on the first day of the new year. Common Council President Phillip “Russ” Rizzo was also sworn in at City Hall by Senator Ortt. The incumbents won in November’s election.
