Workers and volunteers put sandbags near the docks at Bald Eagle Marina in Kendall as Lake Ontario creeps closer.
Senator Ortt joined other state and local officials at Bald Eagle Marina in Kendall on Friday to assess the damage from the rising water levels on Lake Ontario. The marina has experienced significant erosion in the past two weeks. Senator Ortt helped to expedite a DEC permit for the marina to build a barrier wall to help protect docks.
