Lawmakers: Cashless toll system needs to be fixed

State Sen. David Carlucci and Assemblyman Tom Abinanti are accusing Conduent, the company that runs the cashless tolling system, of blacking out certain pages of its contract with the New York State Thruway Authority and not taking responsibility for those who have been slapped with unfair toll bills, penalties and extra fees.
