The New York State Senate on Monday unanimously passed Bryan Johnson’s Law, sponsored by Senator David Carlucci (D-Rockland/Westchester), which would allow judges consider prior Boating While Intoxicated (BWI) offenses when sentencing a person for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI).
