Senator Mannion announces program to help disabled New Yorkers

NEW YORK (WSYR-TV) — Senator John Mannion announced a new program with the goal of boosting the professional workforce caring for intellectually and developmentally disabled New Yorkers. It’s called “The Direct Service Professionals.”
