Auburn Mayor Michael Quill welcomed Harriet Tubman descendants, Rev. Paul Carter, Rev. Paris Price, and Senator John Mannion to the Equal Rights Heritage Center Monday.

During the event, Senator Mannion presented a New York State Senate Proclamation from his office to celebrate 2022 as the Tubman Bicentennial in the City of Auburn.
