Lawmakers and advocates are calling on Gov. Kathy Hochul to sign a bill that would expand New York’s tuition assistance program for military veterans.
State Sen. Jessica Scarcella-Spanton, the lead sponsor of the bill, and state Assemblymember Michael Reilly, who voted to pass the bill and is a veteran, joined NY1 political reporter Bobby Cuza on “Inside City Hall” Thursday to discuss more.
