State Senator Owen H. Johnson (4th Senate District, Babylon), Chairman of the Finance Committee, points to a chart outlining the State Senate’s budget priorities at a news conference after the Senate unveiled its budget plan. As Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, Senator Johnson is a member of the General Budget Joint Conference Committee, which oversees all of the subcommittees on individual areas of the State budget.
