State Capitol, Albany, New York, February 9, 2006-- State Senator Owen H. Johnson (4th Senate District, Babylon), Chairman of the Finance Committee, presented a Legislative Resolution commemorating the 50th Anniversary of the South Shore Detachment Marine Corps League at the Marine Corps League’s Ball, which was held at the American Legion Post #94 in Babylon Village. The Marine Corps League has made outstanding contributions, while providing exceptional military service to the State of New York.

"This Resolution is a way to honor those who have served our country by recognizing their tremendous dedication and bravery," said Senator Johnson.
