State Capitol, Albany, New York, May 3, 2006 -- State Senator Owen H. Johnson (4th Senate District, Babylon), Chairman of the Finance Committee, recently presented Bishop Michael Talbert, Pastor of the First Church of Wyandanch Ministries, with a special Citation in recognition of his 50th birthday and his ongoing dedication to the community. A celebration ceremony was thereafter held by members of his congregation at the Chateau La Mer in Lindenhurst.
