Senator Bill Larkin (R-C, Cornwall-on-Hudson), Kingston Mayor, James M. Sottile partners of Armor Dynamics Inc., and officials at the City of Kingston Office of Economic and Community Development will hold a groundbreaking today to announce construction of the new Armor Dynamics facility in Kingston.
