State Capitol, Albany, New York, April 1, 2008 -- State Senator Owen H. Johnson (4th Senate District, Babylon), Chairman of the Finance Committee, was on hand for the Federation of Organizations 27th Annual Community Mental Health Awards Luncheon which was held earlier this month at the Huntington Hilton.

The Federation of OrganizationS is a multi-service, community-based social welfare agency operating programs that utilize peer support within a self-help model.
