
Senator Flanagan Welcomes Artists To Huntington

Senator John Flanagan recently attended the Artist's Reception of 7 & 7 at the Huntington Arts Council to welcome the artists to the Huntington area. The exhibit was presented in coordination with the Huntington Arts Council and included works by 14 painters and sculptors who have won numerous awards and been widely shown at exhibits, galleries and public spaces in the New York metropolitan region and beyond.
During the opening, Senator Flanagan joined Arts Council Assistant Director Florence Dallaria in viewing artist Nanette Fluhr’s work.
Along with Ms. Fluhr, the exhibit highlights the work of Ruth Baderian, Leslie Barnett, Nanette Fluhr, Dan Fusco, Liz Jorg Masi, Donna Harlow Moraff, Marie Sheehy Walker, Arthur Bernstein, Dan Brown, Alex Chwick, Dave Haussler, Shawn McAvoy, Alice Riordan and Kiril Tzotchev.
