Senate Introduces Ethics Reform Disclosure Bill

Senate Majority Leader Malcolm A. Smith and Senator Daniel Squadron will hold a brief press availability today to announce the introduction of the Senate’s ethics reform proposal, requiring all individual legislators to fully disclose all outside sources of income.
