Today, our Governor missed the opportunity to claim victory for what the Senate Democrats achieved.  Instead of rejoicing with the Senate Democrats in our victory for successfully passing legislation, Governor Paterson has chosen to attack Senate Democrats and criticize our efforts.  He continues to erroneously claim that our votes were illegal.  The Senate Democrats succeeded, and Governor Paterson missed this great opportunity to be part of our victory.
