State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R,C,I - Schenectady) spent the early afternoon in Gloversville at the 23rd Annual Senior Picnic hosted by the Fulton County Office for the Aging. Over 500 people attended the July 29th event. "Fulton County seniors are wonderful and the OFA staff did an excellent job," Senator Farley said about the day.
