“I want to thank the many people who joined my on-line petition to move the 9/11 terror trials out of New York and to have the terrorists tried by a military tribunal. 

“This action led to the passage of a Senate Resolution, which I believe made an impact on President Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder, who are now being advised to reverse their current stand.  It is my hope that, by the end of the day, New Yorkers will rest assured that the 9/11 terrorists will be not be held in New York City.”
