Boyscouts Seek Tattered Flags to Retire

TATTERED FLAGS WANTED
Civil Court Judge Philip Straniere is collecting American flags to be properly disposed of by the Boy Scouts of America at Pouch Camp on June 10. Straniere asks that Staten Islanders bring their tattered flags to his courthouse, located at 927 Castleton Ave., in West Brighton.
Collection hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
