The Governor makes clear in this video why it's so critical to extend and expand rent regulations now. Senate Democrats, in partnership with the Speaker and the Governor, will do everything we can to ensure an extension and expansion of rent regulations in the next 30 days. As the Governor said, failure would be nothing short of a 'crisis for our state.'
