"Today's ground rent agreement will provide stability and fairness in Battery Park City, ensuring the community will continue to be a great neighborhood in which to live and raise a family. I thank Speaker Silver for his leadership in bringing this resolution about and commend him and the Battery Park City Authority for reaching a solution for our constituents, our community and our city."
