Senator Serrano, his father, Congressman Jose E. Serrano, and Assembly Member Vanessa Gibson joined the River Park Towers Community for Family Day in Roberto Clemente State Park. This yearly celebration is an opportunity for the River Park Towers Community to come together with family and friends and enjoy time outdoors.
