"I applaud Mayor Bloomberg and Comptroller Liu for delivering an innovative proposal that promises to lower the City's pension costs, increase investment returns and protect the pensions of current and future retirees.  The efficiencies that stand to be achieved through this reform will pay dividends for both taxpayers and city workers."
