“I would like to commend the Governor for speaking out about the need to eliminate the MTA Payroll Tax. I have heard much concern about this tax since its enactment almost two years ago. If in office in 2009, I would have never voted for it and I continue to support its full repeal. The Governor's leadership on this issue would be very welcome for all of my constituents of the Third Senatorial District. I offer my full support if he is willing to take bold action to address this important issue.”
