Recently, a number questions have been raised on the status of the Cayuga Indians’ attempts to establish an Indian reservation in Seneca and Cayuga counties, as well as the ongoing issue of sales tax collection on Indian-owned businesses. In an effort to address these concerns, Senator Nozzolio and Assemblymen Brian Kolb and Gary Finch have compiled a list of Questions and Answers on this very important issue.
