Senator Owen H. Johnson congratulated Mailman Ray Joseph of Babylon Village on his retirement after 38 years with the U.S. Postal Service.

“Ray Joseph has been delivering mail to my District Office for 28 years, through rain, sleet, and snow,” Senator Johnson said.  “My staff and I have looked forward to Ray’s arrival, as his presence has certainly brightened each day.  We wish him well in his new endeavors and want him to know he has touched our lives and he will truly be missed.”
