Senator Farley Participates in Library Advocacy Week

State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R, C, I - Schenectady) spoke at the March 6th rally for New York State Libraries. This week is the New York State Library Association's Advocacy Week. As Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Libraries, Senator Farley conducted a Roundtable Discussion on March 5th discussing the need to support our local and public libraries. Also on March 5th, Senator Farley attended NYLA's dinner and was deeply honored to receive the organization's Ex Libris Award in recognition of his efforts on behalf of libraries. He will also be meeting with representatives from the Southern Adirondack Library System and the Mohawk Valley Library System on March 6th to discuss their legislative priorities.
