Senator Farley Receives High Marks from Pro-Business Organizations

Unshackle Upstate, a coalition of business leaders, and the New York State Business Council, both released their annual report cards on State legislators and State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R,C, I - Schenectady) received high ratings from both groups.
Senator Farley received a 90 percent from the Business Council for his stance on spending control, pension reform and job creation legislation.
Senator Farley received a mark of 83 from Unshackle Upstate, for his efforts in supporting a property tax cap, controlling spending in the State budget and job creation legislation.
"Jobs have been, and always will be, a great priority for me," Senator Farley said. "We must do what we can to help businesses and our Upstate economy."
