Senator Martins Honored by Family Life Worship Center and Bishop Cox

The Family Life Worship Cathedral honored and thanked Senator Jack Martins for his help and assistance to the Elmont community and the Church. Martins was welcomed and thanked by the congregation for his work on local community issues this past Sunday at their services. Bishop Christopher Cox II, Pastor Zulmina Cox and Church leaders led by Reginald King welcomed Martins where they honored him for his work. During the service, Senator Martins had the opportunity to meet members and discuss community affairs. "The Family Life Worship Cathedral and Bishop Cox and his wife Pastor Zulmina Cox are very people who help others and are inspirational spiritual leaders in the greater community."

Family Life Worship Cathedral is made up of families from the greater Elmont, South Floral Park and North Valley Stream communites. "I was especially pleased to get to talk to so many young people from Elmont Memorial and Sewanhaka High Schools after the service. I can't thank Bishop Cox, Pastor Zulmina Cox and their church members enough for the great honor they bestowed upon me and their continued friendship," Senator Martins.
