Brooklyn – State Senator Martin J. Golden (R-C-I, Brooklyn) was recently honored by Lioni’s Heroes, located at 7803-15th Avenue, with a sandwich named in his honor. The tribute was in celebration of Mr. Golden’s commitment to the community, the City and State.

“The Marty Golden” is made with homemade breaded chicken cutlets, Lioni fresh mozzarella, red roasted peppers, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper.

Senator Golden’s staff recently ordered a number of “The Marty Golden” heroes and gave the sandwich a stamp of approval.
