Ritchie Makes Halloween Visit to Bishop’s Commons Residents

State Senator Patty Ritchie made a visit on Halloween to the residents at Bishop’s Commons in Oswego. 

Earlier in the week, Bishop’s Commons hosted their annual trick or treating night for children and grandchildren, volunteers and young friends of residents and staff.
