Senator Lanza Details More Than $375 Million in Child Tax Credits Available to New York Families

More than 1 million middle class families across New York State will benefit from a child tax credit that will be enacted as part of the 2013-2014 Budget, Senator Lanza announced today.
As part of the agreement reached by the Governor, the Senate, and the Assembly, families with incomes between $40,000 and $300,000 will be eligible to receive a new child tax credit of $350 per-year for three years. The credit, which will be delivered as a check, will begin in 2014.
