Senator Carlucci was recently sworn into office at the Village of Ossining Inauguration Ceremony, held on New Year’s Day, January 1st at the Joseph G. Caputo Community Center, 95 Broadway, Ossining. He was joined by Mayor William Hanauer, Trustee John Codman III,  Trustee-Elect Victoria Gearity, and State Assemblywoman Sanda Galef,.
