Senator Serrano wrote a letter to the United States Postal Service (USPS) urging them to keep the Tito Puente Post Office branch open at its current location in East Harlem. The USPS has proposed the downsizing and relocation of this branch. This branch is the only Post Office located in the upper section of East Harlem, and it's relocation would burden countless residents who will not be able to utilize their services.
