Senator Golden Partners WITH Wtc Health Program to Host Free Screening of “9/11 an American Requiem"

Movie Screening and information regarding free Health Care for First Responders, Applications for Victim’s Compensation Fund will be available.
Brooklyn, NY – State Senator Martin J. Golden (R-C-I, Brooklyn) announced today that he will be hosting a screen of “9/11 An American Requiem” Monday, September 9, 2013, 6:00PM at the Cort Club in Gerritsen Beach, Brooklyn. In addition to the movie screening, WTC Health Program will be offering information on free health care for 9/11 volunteers and responders as well as Victim Compensation Fund applications.
“As we approach the anniversary of September 11th, we must remember those who worked tirelessly in the weeks and months following these attacks,” said Senator Golden. “I want to thank the WTC Health Program for hosting this screening and helping for ensure that all those who helped after this tragedy are given not only our admiration and respect, but also every opportunity to receive the health resources and compensation they deserve.”
