State Senator Patty Ritchie made an early Valentine’s Day visit to Samaritan Keep Home’s Adult Day Care in Watertown on Wednesday.
During her visit, Senator Ritchie talked with Adult Day Care attendees and presented each person with a flower and Valentine Day card.
