Ritchie Recognizes St. Lawrence County Senior of the Year

State Senator Patty Ritchie recently presented Charles W. Kelly with a certificate honoring him as her 2013 St. Lawrence County “Senior of the Year.”
Mr. Kelly is a former newspaperman and leader of the St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center Task Force. In addition to Mr. Kelly, June McCoy—former president of the Ogdensburg Senior Citizens—was also named “Senior of the Year.”
