Ritchie Tours Reenergy Black River

State Senator Patty Ritchie toured ReEnergy Black River Tuesday, a former coal burning plant that was recently converted to a biomass facility.

Located on Fort Drum, ReEngery Black River produces approximately 422,000 net MWh of electricity each year, which is enough to supply the power needs of about 55,000 homes.
