Ritchie Visits Fort Drum Central Issue Facility

State Senator Patty Ritchie visited Fort Drum’s Central Issue Facility (CIF) Tuesday, to see firsthand the role the facility plays in providing employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
Employees working at Fort Drum’s CIF—a place where soldiers are issued or turn in equipment—are members of Jefferson Rehabilitation Center; a Watertown-based agency that provides employment opportunities and other programs for people with disabilities.
