State Senator Patty Ritchie recently visited the Williamstown Library in Oswego County, which was the recipient of $3,000 in special funding secured by the Senator.
This award is part of $161,000 in special funding the senator was able to secure in addition to a $4 million increase in state budget aid for libraries across New York State.
