SENATOR GIPSON’S STATEMENT ON MORELAND COMMISSION’S ANNOUNCEMENT
CONCERNING REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION
POUGHKEEPSIE, NY -- New York State Senator Terry Gipson (D-Dutchess, Putnam) issued the following statement on the Moreland Commission’s recent announcement concerning their requests for information:
"I support the commission in their efforts to push forward and believe they should leave no stone unturned in their work to root out corruption in Albany.
"I have made it clear that I would cooperate with the commission in any way necessary. We must earn the public’s trust as a legislature, and I remain committed to fighting for good government reform."
